Savour

Ironically, the prompt this week for Illustration Friday is 'savour'

... which I think is perfect for finalising this image on.
I've savoured every moment of its creation almost as much as this klimt-y
mum is savouring her child.

Hope you have a lovely weekend

Beautiful. I love the peaceful and joyful look on the mother's face.

Peaceful. Cuddling a baby and wanting them to stay "baby size" forever!

So much tenderness and love in this painting! They seem happy together! I like the birdies in her hair and the details on her dress. The process of painting seems so easy when seen in photos, but I know that it is not. That without talent, hard work and patience the result wouldn't be as wonderful as your "Savour"!!

Lovely, peaceful expression on the mom's face. I like the texturalness of the rest.
